Holly Jones
Founder, Business Development, Investment Advice
Holly, with over two decades of expertise in the real estate sector, began her journey in property management in 2004. She moved to London, where she joined the city’s leading property management firm.
After gaining extensive experience overseas, Holly returned to Christchurch in 2015 to contribute to her family business and took it to No.1 internationally for 8 consecutive years.
With a remarkable track record of selling over 2,000 homes, she specializes in investment properties, bringing invaluable knowledge and insight to the Monopoly team.
Ricky's journey in real estate began in 2007, leading him to Auckland, where he achieved remarkable success, selling over $700 million in real estate and consistently ranking in the top 1% of agents nationwide.
He also established his own real estate office in Mission Bay and developed a property management business focused on Auckland's Eastern Suburbs.
Ricky's recent return to Christchurch to collaborate with Holly marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter at Monopoly.
